Started by the Gastronomy Society of Estonia in 2004, the Silverspoon Awards are the mark of excellence in the Estonia's food and beverage industry. They give recognition to what their judges deem the previous year's top restaurants and bars in 10 different categories such as Best Gourmet Restaurant, Best Chef, Best Café and the like.
