Parking on streets in the city centre, downtown, the Old Town and the Pirita area must be paid for. First 15 minutes parking is free. You can purchase a parking ticket from a street-side machine. In some areas, tickets are sold by parking guards.

Paid parking on the city centre streets:

Weekdays 7-19
Saturday 8-15
On Sundays and national holidays, parking is free.
Parking rates: 4 EEK/0,25EUR per 15 min. 16 EEK/1,02EUR per hour. Monthly parking pass: 2000 EEK/127,8EUR.

Paid parking in the downtown area:

Weekdays 7-19
Saturday 8-15
On Sundays and national holidays, parking is free.
Parking rates: 9 EEK/0,57EUR per 15 min. 36 EEK/2,30EUR per hour. Monthly parking pass: 3500 EEK/223EUR

Parking on Old Town streets:

24-hour paid parking
Parking rates: 18 EEK/1,15EUR per 15 min. 72 EEK/4,6EUR per hour. Monthly parking pass: 4500 EEK/287,6EUR.
Guarded and indoor parking lots are also available.
