The parking areas and rates:

Parking on streets in the city centre, downtown and Old Town must be paid for. The first 15 minutes of parking is free of charge, if the driver is using a parking clock or written notice fixing the starting time - placed visibly on the windsreen of the vehicle. The 15 minutes of free parking is valid only in chargeable parking areas in Tallinn it does not apply for off-street car parks! You can purchase a parking ticket from a street-side machine. In some areas, tickets are sold by parking guards.

15 minutes - 0.26 EUR
Monthly parking card - 127.82 EUR
Parking is subject to a charge: Mon-Fri 7-19, Sat 8-15
Parking is free on Sundays and on public holidays.

Downtown:
15 minutes - 0.58 EUR
Monthly parking card - 223.69 EUR
Parking is subject to charge: Mon-Fri 7-19, Sat 8-15

Old town:
15 minutes - 1.15 EUR
Monthly parking card - 287.60 EUR
Paid parking around the clock (24h)

Pirita (on Merivälja tee 1c and 1e parking lots):
Parking is subject to a charge: May 15- September 15 daily 10-22
In paid parking area each 15 minutes (or less) of parking costs 0,19 EUR .
If the arrival time is indicated, the first 15 minutes of parking are free.
One-day parking permits (for a fixed date) costs 3,2 EUR.
