Tallinn's Russian Museum

The unique history and art of Estonia's ethnic Russian community is brought to light in this venerable, Old Town building.

It was in 2012 that the 600-year-old structure on Pikk street became the home of the museum, whose main task is to conduct research and inform the wider world about Russian culture in Estonia.

Most of the work involves collecting, restoring and exhibiting the works of artists, musicians, scientists and other notables of the community.

In addition to offering regular exhibitions, the museum holds classes in Russian calligraphy and hosts an online encyclopedia of Estonia’s Russian culture.

Entrance is free with Tallinn Card.
