• Promotes Tallinn as a tourist destination both for leisure and business travellers.
  
• Produces different marketing materials of Tallinn.
  
• Coordinates the projects related to tourism in Tallinn.
  
• Coordinates the researches related to tourism in Tallinn.
  
• Designs tourism products of Tallinn.
  
• Develops and sells Tallinn Card packages.
  
• Consults conference hosts and meeting planners.
  
• Consults and certifies accommodation establishments in Tallinn.
  
• Offers tourist information services.

Services for press

Tallinn City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau is able to assist journalists with accommodation bookings, sightseeing tours, site-inspections, interviews etc. To most effectively meet your editorial, photographic and/or broadcasting needs, we kindly ask you send an email to Marketing Manager, Mrs Helena Tshistova-Pohlak.

Please note that:

• In order to arrange a suitable programme for your press-trip, we request a minimum of two weeks notice prior to your visit, after receiving all of your credentialing information.
• Visiting journalists must be on assignment.
• Complimentary arrangements are provided at the discretion of the host businesses as well as TCTO&CB, and are subject to availability.
• TCTO& CB is unable to cover the transportation expenses for your trip to Tallinn.
