Tallinn City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau (TCTO&CB) offers professional services to all business associates. This includes information and advice on planning visits to Tallinn – whether as a destination for holidays, MICE visits, individual or group visits.

Tallinn City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau:

Promotes Tallinn as a tourist destination both for leisure and business travellers.
Produces different marketing materials of Tallinn.
Coordinates the projects related to tourism in Tallinn.
Coordinates the researches related to tourism in Tallinn.
Designs tourism products of Tallinn.
Develops and sells Tallinn Card packages.
Consults conference hosts and meeting planners.
Consults and certifies accommodation establishments in Tallinn.
Offers tourist information services.

Tallinn City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau is able to assist journalists with accommodation bookings, sightseeing tours, site-inspections, interviews etc. To most effectively meet your editorial, photographic and/or broadcasting needs, we kindly ask you send an email to Marketing Manager, Mrs Helena Tshistova-Pohlak.

Please note that:

In order to arrange a suitable programme for your press-trip, we request a minimum of two weeks notice prior to your visit, after receiving all of your credentialing information.
Visiting journalists must be on assignment.
Complimentary arrangements are provided at the discretion of the host businesses as well as TCTO&CB, and are subject to availability.
TCTO& CB is unable to cover the transportation expenses for your trip to Tallinn.
